5 step model of target-specific management for an employee

Efficient participation of the subordinate in the process of goals definition assumes that s/he has an opportunity to influence the process of goals modification. This gives him/her a chance to know his/her limitations, plan and control own activities, finding the way to proceed with those.

Assessment of progress made, performed by the superior and the subordinate together, integrates the goals of three levels: individual, team and organisational.
